Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 11, 2026 · Effective: May 11, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how NgsReach uses cookies and similar technologies on ngsreach.com and the associated dashboard. We keep our cookie usage minimal — we only use cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service.
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as whether you are logged in — between page loads and sessions.
We do not use cookies to track you across different websites, serve advertising, or build behavioural profiles.
Cookies We Use
NgsReach uses only the following cookies. All are either strictly necessary for authentication or functional for remembering your preference:
__clerk_db_jwtEssentialClerk (authentication)
Session / up to 30 days
Stores your authenticated session token. Required to keep you logged in across page loads.
__sessionEssentialClerk (authentication)
Session
Short-lived session identifier used by Clerk to verify your identity with each request.
__client_uatEssentialClerk (authentication)
Session
Tracks the last time your Clerk client token was updated, enabling seamless session refresh.

1 year
Remembers your preferred colour theme (dark or light). Not used for tracking.
Authentication cookies are managed by Clerk and are required for the Service to function. Without them, you cannot log in or use the dashboard.
Cookies We Do Not Use
NgsReach does not use:
- Advertising or retargeting cookies.
- Analytics tracking cookies (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel).
- Cross-site tracking or fingerprinting technologies.
- Any cookies set by social media platforms.
Third-Party Cookies
Authentication cookies (listed above) are technically set by Clerk, our authentication provider, but they operate exclusively on the ngsreach.com domain and its subdomains. Clerk does not use these cookies to track you across other websites.
For details on how Clerk handles cookie data, refer to Clerk's Privacy Policy.
Managing Cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View which cookies are stored and delete them individually.
- Block cookies from specific sites.
- Block all cookies (note: this will prevent you from logging in).
- Delete all cookies when you close your browser.
Blocking or deleting authentication cookies will prevent you from accessing the NgsReach dashboard. The marketing site (ngsreach.com landing page) functions without cookies.
